He had heard many things about his brother. Recieving letters every now and then. After he had killed Cain, the letters stopped. Jayson walked up the grassy knoll where his father's old house, and Zakk's new house, was located. The place brought back so many memories. The good, and the bad. He looked over towards the old willow tree, where Jayson had first killed the baby birds in their mothers nest. He let out a slight laugh.
Jayson looked up the hill, seeing a small child playing with a doll. He assumed it was his neice. She had Zakk's eyes. He walked over to her, speaking quietly, "Hello precious." Playing with the little girls curly black hair. His head moved back and forth, like a serpent stalking it's prey.
The child stared up into his eyes, and Jayson let out a small laugh at the child, "Go fetch your father." The little girl stood up, she was only about three or four he assumed, and ran towards the house.
Jayson sat down, awaiting a reunion with his brother.

Bella was inside, and saw her youngest daughter rush up to her. "Where's daddy?" she asked.
"Daddy is home.." Bella said, crouching to her daughters level. "Why, sweetness?"
Cambree pointed with a little finger to outside, where a man who looked a bit like Zakk stood. He was quite terrifying, actually. "Zakkary!" Bella shrieked up the stairs.

Zakk rushed down the stairs, as he heard Bella scream his name. "What? What's the matter?" He saw her panicked expression, and looked down at Cambree, giving her a smile.

Zakk felt his stomach drop to his feet. A lump began to form in his throat, and he felt sick, beyond belief, "It... can't be." he said staring out the window at the scruffy figure. "He's supposed to be in Azkaban." Zakk rubbed his eyes a minute, and continued staring out the window. Looking at his small daughter, then to his wife, "It's my brother... Jayson."

Bella began to tremble. "Azkaban, what did he do? Why is he here, and how did he get out?"

Zakk looked at Bella, he still couldn't believe his brother Jayson was there. Pulling Cambree close to his side, fear lingering in his voice, "He killed my older brother Cain, and he got thrown into Azkaban. This was my dad's old house, he must have known that I inherited it, but I don't know why he is here, and I sure as hell don't know how he got out..." Zakk paused, swallowing the lump in his throat once again, "There's really only one way to find out. I have to.....talk to him."
Zakk's hand began to shake. His brother had always had such a hold over him.

"Do you want me to come with you?" Bella asked, placing a hand on his arm. She didn't like the thought of Zakk out there alone with the creep.

Even though he didn't want her to, Zakk felt himself begin to nod. He looked at his small daughter, "Cambree, go upstairs and play with Jasper." He didn't like her to play with the raven, but he knew that Jasper was very protective of her. Even though he was just a little bird.
As the little girl rushed up the stairs, he took his wand out of his pocket, "Lets go." He said to Bella, as he walked towards his estranged brother. He knew no good could come from this.

Bella took a few steadying breaths, and pulled out her wand from her robes. She followed timidly behind Zakk, but knew she would be safe with him. He would never let anything bad happen to her. She was a bit worried about Cambree though. But, the raven was a rather protective bird, so she tried not to dwell on it.

Jayson watched as his brother, and a woman walked out the front of what used to be his father's house. Starting towards them, he noticed their wands, firmly placed in their hands. His little brother knew him well after all. Jay grinned towards his brother, "Well, Little brother, we meet again."
"What do you want Jayson?" Zakk said coldly. It had been a long time since he heard from his brother. Last he knew he was rotting away in Azkaban. After seeing Cassandra, or Enyo, at the reunion, he knew that she must have had something to do with getting his brother out.
"Just to chat," Jayson said, the same taunting smile distorting his face, "And who is this lovely girl?" Jayson walked over to Bella, gently pushing hair away from her eyes.
"Don't touch her." Zakk said, stepping infront of her, his wand now pointing at his brother's neck." Jayson took his index finger, and lightly pushed Zakk's wand away.
"Now, now Zakkie, let's not be hasty," Jayson said, backing away, " I came to see you, and my niece."

Bella felt his hand touch her face, and a look of disgust twisted her features. She was all too pleased when Zakk stepped between them. As he spoke, Bella gave a worried look to her husband. He wasn't going to let the man see their daughter, surely not.

"Leave my daughter out of this," Zakk said sternly. He was face to face with the man now, his brother only being a bit taller than he was.
Jayson smiled at his little brother, "Well, quite the brave little boy, aren't we?" he let out a thunderous laugh, knowing he still intimidated Zakkary, "I've come to tell you to join us. Live out your life like mother did."
Zakk shook his head at Jayson's mention of their mother, "I'm not like her anymore, and I'm certainly not like you."

Bella was relieved at Zakk's answer, and understood about families you are nothing like. Or at least aren't anymore. Bella was born a Black. Born into crazed pureblood mania. But by seventeen, she had mostly grown out of it. She was once an Eliteist, part of the Pureblood Elite, but her entire outlook had changed. She was now running the movement against Cassandra. Bella would never call the woman Enyo.
"Excuse me, but I am the Head of the Department of Magical Law Enforcement. I could arrest you right now."

Jayson laughed, holding out his wrists, "Do it." He said, the same crazed smile still holding strong on his face.
Turning back to his brother, "Oh come now Zakkary, just because I killed Cain? You and I both know he was weak. He didn't belong in the family." Jayson looked around at the willow tree, then to the house. He saw the little girl peering through the window, a raven perched on her shoulder. Jayson lifted his hand, slowly waving to his neice. The smile faded from his face. Looking back at Zakk, he said, "Don't join us? You Die." His voice was strong, and it frightened Zakkary. You could hear his mother's voice coming through Jayson's. Jayson took Zakk's hand in his slipping his a small piece of what felt like paper. Before Zakk or Bella could do anything, Jayson slipped his wand from his sleeve. A loud crack boomed against the surrounding trees, and Jayson was gone.
