Finishing her mug of cocoa she flicked her wand, sending the mugs to the sink where they began washing themselves. Leaning back in the stool that had a back to it she let her barefeet rest against the edge of the counter. "Hunter is trying to decide what side he's on....this will affect us all. I want to know why she has it out for the twins."

"He's trying to decide? That must be awkward for you, didn't you join Bella's little Order?" She tried to shake the shocked look from her face and profusely apologized for her lack of tact "I'm sorry, it's just weird you know. Who would be crazy enough to actually follow her?"

"I'm thinking about it. But...I've followed Hunter always. When he joined the Elite I stood by him. That's how we are. But I don't know...." She sighed and rested her head on her knees. Life was always confusing she had concluded. "What about you? I may not love Bella to death, but I know the girls pretty well."

"I don't know them at all. Haven't hardly spoken to Bella since my fourth year at Hogwarts. And the kids, never. How do you face people you almost killed. I can't help but think sometimes Triston, had you and Gabriella not stopped me, would it be me, and not Cassie that we are talking about right now. I still lose sleep over that"

Remembering that day when Corbin and Bella had taken flight...that was an intense day. "We all make mistakes Lilah. I mean you've always been an intense person. Since that year at Hogwarts....we're all a little intense. That was weird year." Sighing she shook her head. "Want something to eat?" She asked her.

"Intensity yeah...that's me. But I've been that way for so long now, I'm not sure how to be any other way."
She grinned when Triston offered her something to eat, and joked "I guess I must look anorexic compared to all your pregnant friends. But sure, that would be wonderful"

Triston had to laugh at the anorexic comment. "It's kind of nice to be around someone who isnt' expecting or a parent. Makes me feel less childish." She hoped Lilah understood why she and hunter had yet to have kids, Triston was very afraid.
"What shall we have tonight?" She asked as an owl flew through the window and dropped a napkin note on the counter.
Babe-Might be late. Love You. H. Triston smiled.

"I don't know, I've been told that for somebody like me, having children would be the best possible way to settle down. Not sure what I think about that yet"
She watched idly as the owl flew in, and took a logical guess about what it might be about
"You get those, sorry, going to be late for dinner, don't wait up things too?"

"No, he never says don't wait up." Triston laughed, putting the napkin in a container beside the sink. It was full of notes she and Hunter had sent each other on napkins. "Bar fight." She said, already knowing before the owl dropped another napkin on the counter. "You think you'll ever have Kids lilah?"

"I'm too scared to I think. I don't know the first thing about being a mother. My own wasn't ever there for me. It was like she had me, but she was more concerned about her own life then raising me or my brother. I'm afraid I'd be the same way, and no child deserves that"

Nodding in agreement Triston pulled out a book of recipes that Gabby's house elf had given her as a house warming gift. The recipes were amazing. Placing it in front of Lilah she sat down again, propping her head up on her hand, her elbow on the counter. "I know how you feel sort of...."
