Full Name: Claude Heinrich Vlad Claustrophos
Nicknames: Vlad, Claust (he hates this one…)
Age: 51
Gender: Male
Job: Count, former Chief Warlock of the Wizengamot and the ministry itself.
Location: Unknown for the moment – Might eventually need to return to his Manor [Claustrophos Manor] located in Romania
Bloodlines/Family Information inc. any Background Information:
Claude Heinrich Vlad Claustrophos, born into the rich, pureblood-lineage of the Claustrophos-family whose roots originates in Romania. His father, Sean Micree Vlad Claustrophos, the count of the Claustrophos Manor, married the German pureblood witch Maria Grotzbaum after meeting her during a travel through Germany. Maria soon gave birth to Claude and his brother, Augustus Abraham Vlad Claustrophos, and the two grew up under the protection of a noble’s life.
Reaching the age of 11, Claude would become the first of the family to break family tradition and attend Hogwarts School of Wizardry and Witchcraft, instead of Durmstrang Institute of Sorcery. A year later, his brother was accepted as a Durmstrang-student, thus following in the foot-steps of his ancestors and causing the bond of brotherhood between Claude and him to be severely damaged.
As a Hogwarts-student, Claude excelled in many of the classes taught on the school, but also showed a deeply involved arrogance toward authorities and rules, feeling that the management of the school was too vague. Further, the lack of training and insight into the Dark Arts - a thing which the Durmstrang institute was know to teach – was a thing both Claude and his parents disapproved of. Claude, for his part, being brought up with the Dark Arts as his ‘third parent’ – Mr and Mrs. Claustrophos, for their part, knowing the inner greatness and power in the knowledge about the Dark Arts. Claude was sorted into the House of Slytherin.
During his years at Hogwarts, Claude made several allies among his fellow Slytherins, but also reached a sort of understanding between the other houses, wherein ‘individualists like him’ also resided. It was during his sixth year that he started the small group ‘The Watchers’, a group of idealistic and ambitious students from all corners of Hogwarts disguised as a study circle. The main idea behind the group was a way to ultimately make the world better for everyone by several ways including wizard domination, muggle-seclusion and stabilization of the pure-blood race or wizards and witches.
Reaching his final year at the school, the young Claude gained straight O’s in his N.E.W.T. exams and thus had a very promising future ahead of him. Leaving the school and his fellow idealistic friends behind to start his carrier in the halls of the ministry, Claude’s cunning mind made his rise to power quick and undisturbed, reaching the peak of offices as the current minister’s advisor – a position of manipulation and treason – at the age of 25.
As the current minister was removed from office, Claude watched in despair as his chances of overthrowing his master was destroyed for good and he was moved to a much less interesting position for him. In exchange, however, he took the seat as Chief Warlock of the Wizengamot, thus remaining in a somewhat powerful position in the ministry until he left his position fours years ago.
Physical Description: Claude is around 6’3 feet tall and quite thin. Normally he has very short, brown hair (who’s starting to get slightly grey, a result of age), small eyes in a brown tone and always wields a very nicely crafted stick. He always stands out as a man of honour and morale, a ladies-man and a born politician. This is reflected in his daily attitude toward his co-workers and assistants and more importantly in his way of dressing, which usually is a sort of black wizard suit, with a matching long travelling cloak. Ironically this cloak is in light colours, a mix of white and brown, due to it being an heirloom of his great-, great-, great-granddad.

Personality (2+ Paragraphs): Claude is a typical noble, proud and wise, holding firmly onto etiquette in almost every situation possible. He despises cowards, traitors and practically anyone who stands in his way in both personal and ministry dealings. This has made him a both feared and respected man during his long servitude in the ministry of magic, and as a result of his snobbish behaviour he has gotten many enemies.
His weakness is – as stated above – his deep proud and his noble roots, which has given him an arrogant view on some parts of society, a developed skill for turning both threatening and downright evil when necessary and his uncaring behaviour toward others. He’s only interested in the greater good of the world, and believes emotions to be false and misleading compared to common sense. He has high expectations to his allies and the ministry in general, and will not hesitate to show his anger if he faces failure as a result of them (even if this accusation is made up by himself).
Claude’s wishes and ambitions – how cruel they may appear – are all part of his eternal devotion to make the world better, though his plans often involved the use of force and fear. He’s the man behind several articles and journals on how to;
1) Purify the race of wizards,
2) Control the world without the muggles even knowing and finally
3) How to fuse all aspects of magic into the Ministry’s future rule.
Wand: Wand is 10 inches long, made of ebony and with a core of dragon heart-strings.

Future: Unknown - probably going to die for the ‘cause’... or when he has served his purpose…
