Unlike Bellatrix when she had hidden from Corbin, Gabriella hadn't bothered to surround the little house with numerous spells and enchantments, she wasn't a coward, she wouldn't hide from what she had done, she would simply face it. From the living room she could hear the blare of some muggle cartoon that Emmaline had become fond of, it was strange how quickly the child was growing. A few creaks reached her ears and made her smile, it signalled that the little girl was bouncing around in her chair, porbably in excitement.
Finishing the letter quickly, eager to send it, she called out to Twinky, who had been watching the baby. Raising from the table she smiled, her eyes still a little alien as she handed the envelope to the elf who had appeared quickly as usual. "Can you send this to my Mother please Twinky?" the elf squeaked in responce before disappearing through to the garden. Crossing the kitchen to the living room, Gabby leant against the doorway, a smile back on her face as she watched the single most important thing in the world to her.

Placing the heavy crib on the doorstep Twinky had written saying it was their address he knocked quickly, jumping onto the curb and walking quickly to hide. He was sure Gabby didn't want to see her, nor would she allow Emmaline to see him, but he would continue leaving Emmaline's things on the stoop. Twinky had been given strict orders to keep him updated on the child. The picture o fher was burning a hole in his pocket with her toothless smile and soundless laugh.

A knock brought her attention away from her daughter, but she was hesitant to leave her as she stared at the front door. It was only a few feet away, but what if something happened? She couldn't bare it... Making her decision, she quickly scooped up the girl, ignoring the raspberry signalling that Emmaline wanted to watch the television. If twinky had been back she would have sent the elf, but she was still away with the letter. Reaching the door she tugged it open easily and paused. On the porch was the crib Corbin had made Emmaline. Frowning she clutched the girl to her, who continued to gurggle cutely. Sighing she stepped outside.
"I know you're here, there's no point hiding."

Hearing the familiar voice Corbin stayed on the stoop to the side of the house and below, he was positive he couldn't be seen from the porch where gabby stood, he'd tested it. Taking a drag off the cigarette that he held between his fingers a tear slipped down his cheek. His baby girl didnt' even know he existed.

With another sigh she looked down at the crib. "Suit yourself," did he even realise that that had been Gabriella's way of suggesting he show himself so he could see his daughter? She doubted it, there were few people who understood Gabriella to start with, and there were none now, not even herself. Disappearing inside for a second she grabbed her wand and returned to the step, pointing it at the crib. For a moment she had the wild urge to set it on fire and watch it burn slowly, a look of glee on her face. A gurgle from Emmaline brought her to her senses and she kissed the already dark head gentley. "Can you smell smoke Emmaline darling?" she crooned slightly, turned to the side and watching for a moment, her wand still pointed at the crib. Shrugging she waved it slightly and the piece of wood disappeared from sight.

Hearing a crack Corbin moved from the stoop, flicking the cigarette he walked up. Realizing it was gone he sighed. "Gabriella...stop this..." He said, no emotion in his voice. It seemed he was void of that, he was sick of her petty and ridiculous games. "That is Emmaline's crib, not yours."

A smiled her still flawless features as he finally showed himself. That was probably the most disturbing thing, she was being a monster lately, but she was still impeccably beautiful on the outside. "Stop what darling?" she drawled, tucking her wand back into the waistband of her dress. Kissing the babys head agains she gave another smile. "Well I hardly think I would fit in it now, do you?"

"Stop it." He said quietly, walking up the stairs slowly. He was watching her eyes. They weren't Gabriella anymore...she was someone else. Where was the woman he had been in love with? Because she wasn't in front of him, he knew damn well she could see those thoughts fleeting across his eyes.

Stepping aside to let him in she gave him a smile. "Welcome home Daddy," her voice was as usual dripping with spite and sickly sweetness. Ignoring the way he stared at her she smiled again, the baby still gurgling in her arms, playing idly with a strand of her Mothers hair. Matching his look, she cocked her head to one side, still smiling, "Is there something wrong darling? Did you come to the wrong Mother of your child?"

If he'd been a woman Corbin would've slapped Gabby. But she wasn't Bella or Cissy, girls who would fight him despite gender. Instead he reached forward and plucked their daughter from her arms. "You gone mad?" He asked her.Holding his daughter tightly to him, the first time ever.

[[CORBIN]]
For once real emotion entered her face as the little girl was pried from her arms. Gabby practically lunged at Corbin, a look of wild desperation on her features at the prospect of being separated from Emmaline. "Corbin don't.." her voice was pleading, and sounded as if she thought he was going to harm the girl and take her from her. Hands reaching for the gurgling bundle, tears glazed her eyes, it didnt take much to set her off at the moment. "I am not mad," she hissed from between gritted teeth.

Corbin tenderly brushed his hand across the little baby's face. Smiling for the first time in months. His heart swelled,t hsi girl was gorgeous. Just as he knew she would be though the hint of loss in her eyes at the loss of her twin. "Gabby....if you're not mad than what are you? Because no one sane acts the way youa re." He said quietly, reasonably. He wasn't going to hurt anyone, he knew Gabriella had convinced herself of otheriwse though.

Teeth still gritted she watched him touch her as if every movement hurt her, "Give her back Corbin," she didn't care if she made no sense, why wouldn't people just leave her alone with her daughter and let them get on with their life? She didn't need anyones help, they were fine. "I'm fine, lets just say I'm a woman scorned Corbin, you know the saying," the hint of spite was back in her eyes despite the tears.

"You can't raise a child on hate." HE spat back at her. Gabby had lost it...honestly lost it. Looking at Gabby tears filling his eyes he stared around him. "I'm going to talk to authorities..you've lost it." He said angrily. SNAP they were gone. Leaving a scorned Gabby alone. Corbin appeared in front of Wizarding authorities.

(Bitch! Ahahaha)
As he disappeared her eyes flashed dangerously, a black even stormier than before. Reaching out she slammed the door behind her, leaving her on her own in the small garden, her wand quivering in her hand. If Corbin thought she was going to let this lie, then that was his fault. It seemed in the past few years she had been dormant, people had forgotten certain things about Gabriella. That being that she had a terrible temper, a lust for revenge, and extraordinary wand skills, courtesy of her Mother. Following quickly, a crack signalled her disappearance.
